ADMISSIONS
REQUIREMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT :
- Photo copy of high school Form -138 and diploma
- Photo copy of college Transcript of Records
- Photo copy of college diploma
- 4 pieces 1x1 colored photo with white background
- Honorable dismissal (for transferee students)
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE :
- Fill-up registration form and submit together with the above requirements
- Pay tuition fees to the cashier
- Tuition and other fess may be paid in cash or installment basis
